IMPORTANT: THE GREY WAR IS CURRENTLY IN BETA.

THE GREY WAR is in active development, and the game will continue to evolve over the course of the beta period. If you choose to play, we require that you accept the following terms:

1) Character wipes can and will happen: During beta, the game's core mechanics can be expected to change. In the event of a such a change, a database wipe can be expected to prevent incompatibility issues. In addition to this, we anticipate at least one final character wipe at the end of the beta phase, to ensure that all players have as fair a start as possible. We will, however, reward existing players with some form of "founder bonus", which we'll elaborate on as the time draws nearer. If all goes well, we should only require the end-of-beta wipe, and your time playing up until then should remain uninterrupted.

2) Integral Credits will be active: Integral Credits are the game's premium currency, purchased using real-world money and required for certain features. In order to test their effect on the economy, and to offset our server costs, Integral Credits can be purchased throughout the beta period. In the event of a character wipe, all purchased and spent Integral Credits will be returned to your account, ready for use on your new character. We will be soon implementing a feature that will allow players to buy Integral Credits from other players using in-game currency.

3) Multiple accounts are prohibited: We feel that the act of a single player using multiple accounts goes against the spirit of the game, and provides an unfair advantage. Anyone suspected of using multiple accounts will have their accounts suspended, pending investigation.

4) Glitches, hacks, and exploits: Intentional exploitation of bugs in THE GREY WAR for personal or financial gain is prohibited. Intentional disruption of normal gameplay for other players is prohibited. Any player found to have engaged in these prohibited activities may receive a temporary or permanent account suspension at the full discretion of staff.

5) Chat and messaging features: By participating in the chat other messaging features, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful manner. We do not tolerate harassment, hate speech, or other unpleasant behaviours. We reserve the right to moderate the chat and revoke chat privileges at moderator discretion.

6) We reserve the right to terminate or suspend an account at any time, if we find sufficient reason to do so.
